We ship worldwide. No matter where you and your pet live, Omin can reach you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 8–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we’ll send you tracking info as soon as your package ships.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders above $29. Flat-rate international shipping. Final costs are shown at checkout so there are no surprises.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your pet’s goodies on their journey to your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
